ORDER PROCESSING

All AD Athletics items are made to order. Please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as this is how you will receive all order updates and tracking notifications.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within one week via UPS.

A flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 applies to all domestic orders.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AD Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the package has left our facility and been handed to the shipping provider.

This is standard practice for online retail and shipping carriers.
