The Mission
Starting a clothing brand was never the goal. Building a mindset was.
Founded by Wayne Anderson Jr. and Josh Davis, AD Athletics was built through years of training, competition, and the moments where quitting seemed easier than continuing. On the track, in the weight room, and through everyday life, we learned one truth:
Growth belongs to those who adapt.
That’s why AD stands for Adapt or Die.
It’s more than our name. It’s the standard we live by.
Every setback, every obstacle, and every moment that tests you presents two choices: remain where you are or adapt and become stronger. We choose to adapt.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build a community of people committed to becoming the strongest version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We create purpose-driven activewear that represents the mindset required to overcome adversity, embrace discipline, and keep moving forward when life demands more of you. Every piece is designed to be more than apparel—it’s a reminder that pressure creates growth and that your greatest progress begins where comfort ends.
Because motivation is temporary. Discipline endures.
What We Believe
Pressure reveals character.
Whether it’s the final sprint, the last rep, or a difficult season in life, the moments that challenge you are the moments that define you. Most people see adversity as a reason to stop. We see it as an opportunity to adapt.
The strongest people aren’t those who never struggle—they’re the ones who refuse to quit.
More Than Apparel
Every graphic we create has a purpose. Every collection tells a story. Every design represents the Adapt or Die mindset.
When you wear AD Athletics, you’re not just putting on clothing—you’re making a commitment to yourself. A commitment to keep showing up, to embrace discomfort, and to become stronger through whatever life puts in front of you.
This isn’t just activewear.
It’s purpose-driven apparel for people who refuse to stay the same.
