Founded by Wayne Anderson Jr. and Josh Davis, AD Athletics was forged in the red zone. It started on the track, in the weight room, and during the off-seasons where "good enough" was a death sentence. We didn't just build physical strength; we built a refusal to break. Along with our teammates and inner circle, we established a singular, unforgiving standard: Demand more. 

The Ultimatum

Established in 2025, AD Athletics is built on necessity. We realized that the grit required to finish a final sprint when your lungs are burning is the same grit required to lead a life of consequence. This is the "Adapt or Die" mindset. It’s the realization that if you do not evolve in the heat of the struggle, you have already lost.

Our mission is to ensure that when you reach the moment where failure is a possibility, you choose to stay, adapt, and refuse to break.

What We Believe

Evolution begins where your safety net ends. We believe comfort is the enemy and accountability is final. When you’re on the last mile and your body is cramping, or you’re staring at a heavy bar with no clue if the weight will move, quitting feels logical. We stay and compete anyway. There is no middle ground; you are either evolving through the pressure or you are being left behind. Refuse to soften when the world invites you to slow down.
